Went up to my gran's house again as majority of my relatives will always gather together with us at my gran's house on the second day to gamble etc! But instead of going in the morning, we went in the afternoon this time!

Took a picture with Yati, the maid that took care of gran for 10years and she dote on me the most, compared to other kids in the family! Hehe.

Took a cab down to Rachel's place to visit her family and played a game of Taboo with Xinyi, Rachel and Lianne!

Super pathetic amount of pictures in this post as i was already worn out on the first day of Chinese New Year and not forgetting, dreading for the second day to end because that means, going back to school. It's time to face the reality again.... Then again, have you guys thought that our reality, are actually dreams? Like inception, but it just feels so real. Look, told you i'm exhausted. Till then!

Rolled out of the bed early in the morning so that we wouldn't be late and we ended up being the first one to reach my gran's place!

As usual, we headed home at night after that and caught "Dance Dance Dragon" with Rachel and Xinyi at Junction8 after midnight, i think it's not a bad show, like average 3/5? I have no idea why Xinyi thinks it is a lousy movie! Furthermore, our original plan was to put our sky lantern after the movie but it did not work out as Xinyi was being grumpy again!

Went home in the late evening with the family and waited for Rachel to come over. Made our way down to Chinatown upon Rachel's arrival to catch a glimpse of the fire crackers and fireworks + count down together with the crowd! It was drizzling at my house area when we left but we expected Chinatown to be dry and crowded but we were all wrongggggggg.

Okay, shhhhh.

Chinatown was very crowded but it was still drizzling at that point of time then as we were making our way through the crowd to the main street, it begun to pour :( Got squeezed together with the crowd under the pathetic shelter and the dry area we got was minimal. I think only half of my body was dry, but not completely dry. Nonetheless, as soon as the firecrackers got lit up, Rachel, Xinyi and I rushed out of the shelter and stood under the rain just to get a clearer view of it!! I took a vid of it but didn't have the time to edit/upload it :( Another time perhaps! After which, we forced our way through the crowd because everyone were rushing to the MRT. Fortunately, we got into a train with an empty cabin! ^^

I made a last minute decision to head down to Msia with Xinyi and Rachel because i was bored at home and did not want to be cooped at home on a weekend. Woke up at 9am in the morning to prepare because Xinyi told me that she'll be coming over to fetch me at 10am but she left me hanging until noon.

Strolled back to the shopping centre under the scorching weather and got ourselves some Chinese New Year snacks/goodies!

Hurried back to Singapore after a couple of hours spent in Msia as we decided to make a trip down to Chinatown to get a traditional costume for Chinese New Year!

Went out with my family for an early reunion dinner with my maternal side of family this evening! It was kinda nice to see them again, thought it'll be an awkward situation but it turned out better than i expected!

HAPPY NEW YEAR! It's finally 2012! How did you spend your last day of 2011?

I spent it with this bunch of guys!(below) But i definitely hope that i could celebrate it with all my close friends! It's a sad thing that they all have plans! But it's alright, there's always another new year coming right? I don't know what i'm talking about but happy new year everyone!!!

2012 is around the corner and 2011 is coming to an end. Seriously, we don't have to make a big fuss out of the upcoming year but hey, after all 2011 have been great. Every year seems to be the same for me because in life, all man beings will encounter lots of obstacle and make lots of mistakes but each and every single bit of it is a part of life. We grow up, make mistakes, learn from it and move on don't we?

2011 has been a hectic year for me. Problems after problems but well, life. I'm not really ready or anticipating to the start of 2012 but I really hope that 2012 will be a great year for me. Even up to this date, there are still problems and questions lingering in my mind and they're always bothering me.

I should stop ranting and start to plan my resolutions for 2012 right!

My resolutions for 2012:
1. To study extra harder for O's
2. Make changes and become a better person

Kept having mini panic attacks whenever my mind starts to go elsewhere and those thoughts about the worse consequences, its actually killing me emotionally. Finally have a laptop to upload my pics and update this space and urgh, this is so far the worse holiday i ever had. I stayed at home for more than a week in the entire hols, fine, more than a month. This sucks, i need more plans and stop lazing at home.

Celebrated my mom's birthday on the 3rd of December at home! Wasn't that exciting or fun compared to other years because her mood was completely ruined that day and well, everyone was affected by it. But we (my sister and i) got a small cake and tried to lighten up the atmosphere!

Then it was my dear Pepper's birthday on the 6th of December and i was the only family member that celebrated her birthday for her!!! She's a sad dog that day :( Alicia and co. came over to celebrate pep's birthday too but peps was being super duper grumpy that day and refuses to eat the yummy cake, owell.

Finally came a proper day in the entire hols! Alicia and co. came over to my crib and chilled until the next day, drank and played some poker but we all had fun. We had our breakfast before leaving each other and met up again in the afternoon.

Yesterday was a long and tiring day. Alicia came over to my crib in the afternoon and ate breakfast with me before we set off. Made a trip down to Dhoby Ghaut and caught Almost Famous. Alien haung is such a cutie+hottie omg. We also went down to Raffles Place and surprised An ni! Ages since the three of us hang out together! It was about 10ish when we left and i rushed home to prepare to meet Jiamin.

Changed out of my sweater top and wore something more casual and took the last train to cine, town to meet Jiamin. Caught "You Are The Apple of My Eye" at cine with her, it was definitely a good movie!! Did not expect the ending to be so.... unexpected ending. Was really hoping that the male and female lead will be together but... owell! Walked down to The Cathay and spent our entire night there afterwards.

As usual, green tea frap.

It was a boots day yesterday, i wore my dmarts out in the afternoon with Alicia and wore my blush pink boots out to meet Jiamin.

Initially i was suppose to take the first bus home but we were at The Cathay and the only bus in town back to Bishan is at Far East Plaza so i decided to take a train home because i was lazy to walk to the other end of town+train is always faster than bus hehe.

Reached home at six close to seven and i managed to wish my mom before she head out for work! It's her birthday today and i have no idea what i should get for her ): She like handcrafted stuff tho, should i make a birthday card and get a cake for her?

The past is like a handful of dust, it filters through your fingers, disappearing little by little.

Gooooooooooooooooodamorning! My bodyclock is HOPELESS. I woke up at 11ish last night and could not get back to sleep anymore. Stayed up all the way until now and i even made a trip to AMK to meet a seller and home again. I'm not even physically exhausted now ouh mannnn. Alicia's coming over later to get back her stuff and pass me a yummy cupcake which she owed me and i need to get out of the house asap and stop staying at home + get a job.

PHUKET, DAY 3.

It's currently 0616AM and miraculously, i did not spent my entire night using my laptop instead i killed time by watching TV! My mom signed up for this miotv thing that i hate so much because there's no MTV except for MTV india and i doubt i understand a single word they're singing there. Anyway, i went to collect my mail in the afternoon earlier on and met up with Alicia in the evening for dinner! So i'm going to blog about the last day in Phuket since i am still not feeling sleepy.

The last day in Phuket was kinda boring and plain because it was the day for us to go back to Singapore but thankfully, our flight happens to be at night and that means we still have ample time to do some last minute shopping!

Look at their large fries, it is almost the same height as their large coke!

We sat the tuktuk back to our resort and we spotted a baby elephant on a lorry on our way back! Cute but cruel in a way.

The swimming pool that i did not have the time to dip myself in it, what a waste!

We made our way to the airport to check-in first and went for a 30mins massage to kill time. I spent most of the time laughing away!

Arrived at Singapore at 11+ and i made a wish at 11:11 at the airport, how cool and i think 11:11 is not stupid! Heheh, just saying!

I still have a few pictures to blog about and really, it is just a few. On a random note, my bodyclock is officially screwed but i still get to see the sun everyday. It's like i can sleep at 7AMish but still wake up at probably 12 or before 4! I love staying up all day and it will be perfect to have a few company with me at night but negative thoughts always kick in when i'm staying up which is very bad... I just need to get over it.

PHUKET, DAY 2.

Sorry for the long wait!! Heheh here's the second post on my Phuket trip!

Woke up as early as 7am in the morning and took a mini van to the boat house to take a cruise over to Phi Phi Island!!! It took around an hour for the cruise to warm up and settle down before it started moving towards our destination. I practically sat down there for another 2hrs before reaching Phi Phi Island!

A simple yet fulfilling breakfast on the cruise, the tea itself makes everything perfect that morning!

By the way, i haven't introduced the people that went on this trip with us!

And yes! We went all the way from Phuket to Phi Phi Island plus all the long bus trips just to go there to snorkel!!! But i must admit first that the snorkeling part was fun! Everyone should learn how to swim and go somewhere to snorkel next time!

Getting ready to snorkel! Aw man, look at those fats. I need to go easy on the food already.

Mable did not participate in this because she just got discharged and operated weeks ago so it was unsafe for her to snorkel with us hence she became the camera man when we were snorkeling and look at the pretty picture she took above! Man, the amount of fishes i saw was way more than this! I spotted sea urchins and a rainbow fish!

The session ended after an hour and we went back up the cruise to clean up and head to the dry part of the island to have lunch and because my hair was dyed few days back, the water that was dripping from my hair is all pink in colour!

In addition, there are a lot of cats wondering around Phi Phi Island! I don't understand how this cat can sleep like that despite the weather condition!

We saw this kitten when we were making our way back to the pier, i guess this kitten is not even a year old because its eyes are still closed and the size of the kitten is almost like the size of my palm!!

We took a bus back to our hotel after we arrived back at the boat house in Phuket. Took a short nap before heading out for dinner.

Had our dinner at this posh looking restaurant and i drank Mojito, i wanted to try Mojito for the longest time and man it was good!

Went into their 7-11 there to get something cooling to eat as we spent the night after our dinner walking around Phuket. Coincidentally, it was their Loi Krathong festival there! Which also means full moon festival, the thai people there will celebrate Loi Krathong everytime there is a full moon and they celebrate it by releasing "boats" made by themselves using edible vegetables, fruits, banana leaves or flowers into the river or streams. Besides that, they will also release Sky Lanterns and fireworks for that night! Rachel and I tried to look for shops that sell Sky Lanterns but we did not manage to get any in the end, what a huge disappointment.

Hello honeycakes! Ages since i updated this space with pictures of my outings/trips right! Here's one for you now! Heheh, went to Phuket on the 9th and i didn't write about it earlier on and on twitter because i guess i didn't really want anybody to know, three days only what, right! Heheh but i coup of my friends know tho! :) Anyway, there will be more posts about this trip to come!

Arrived at the airport in the morning to check-in and have our breakfast first! I took a picture of me using the distorted effect on xinyi's ipad and set it as her wallpaper! Her emotion was priceless when she saw it!

Went out to have dinner afterwards and as usual, ate thai food there! Couldn't miss out the chance to enjoy the thai food there! It's so much nicer and better than the ones in Singapore! Went for a little walk/shopping and headed back to the hotel to get some rest!

I got a feeling that i have been neglecting this space a lot and my readers are definitely decreasing. Thus, just a short update on what i did and what i will prolly do later on. Woke up at an unusual time just now and headed out with xy and rach for scrumptous dinner at sakae sushi then watched some dramas on the TV with my mom and tried to kill time online. Purchased a blazer (finally) and i hope it will suit me because the blazer is beautiful and well, i'm going to bed soon because alicia is coming over later, in the morning for some baking session and i'm going to meet valerie at town in the afternoon. Holidays are here and its time to let my bodyclock get screwed again! Hence, i decided to bake in the middle of the night when everybody's asleep. Thank goodness my kitchen is far away from the rooms hehehe. My cupcakes this time are a tad more special because they have frosting on it! Cream cheese mmhmm.

My first batch of cupcakes turned out great and i topped it with a swirl of cream cheese but my second batch of cupcakes was overbaked and it was inedible ): Anyway, i did a lot of thinking while surfing online (tumblr) today. I should've caught hold of my chances and opportunities tightly when i had them and not regret when i lost or missed them right? Sigh, this is me. I'm always making the wrong decisions and only come to realise that that was a mistake when its too late, how silly. Well, i guess all i can do now is to wait for the right moment for the opportunity to slip by again, right? Whatsoever, i'm giving away six of my cupcakes to my dearest minnie chee and liling. Liling because i remembered telling her that i would bake for her someday and minnie chee because she is valerie chee, who is almost like my blood sister :) Till then!

Gave my teacher's wedding a miss today because Amirah overslept, met her at J8 for lunch instead. Got some things from popular and went home to wait for Valerie after that.

Chilled at my crib until 8ish and rushed down to Habourfront after that to catch Footloose, laughed a lot in the theatre and headed down to Swirl art after the movie.

Am currently at her crib now and we're all going insane hehehe Valerie's sister, Victoria is entertaining us too!

Celebrated my birthday with Alicia, Amirah, Don, Darren and Ricky in the afternoon and Valerie at night.

Met up with Valerie and went to watch Paranormal Activity 3, we spent an hr inside covering our eyes, how stupid. Got surprised after that and at the same time, i scare Valerie thanks to some picture somebody sent me!!! Had a lot of fun yesterday and i really enjoyed myself! Valerie stayed over at my crib after the movie too. Oh! I want to thank those who wished me too :)

Today marks the last day of school in whitley, four years, gone like that. Time really flies.

Out with fattychee yesterday, caught Dream House and stayed over at her crib again.

Did not regret a single bit for attending school today. It was a blast in school just now although we spent our entire day in the hall sitting down, going up to the stage to collect our certificate and taking pictures. Did not take pics with all my friends because we will all see each other again next week, during our bridging course.

Dinner with my mom, rach and xy at Raffles place, Xi Men Ding.

Wore my new suede shorts in camel out, not seen in the pics and i'm "graduating" tomorrow. Graduation ceremony in school tomorrow and i really hope it'll be fun but all i have in my mind now is "please put the pictures in collage so that it'll be difficult to spot me" because my lovely classmate took my previous facebook display picture and gave it to the teacher, kill me now. Bridging course next week and i'm free, suppose to be feeling happy but oh well.

For every minute and every second, i am still hoping for us to talk again.

Met up with Valerie in the afternoon yesterday at Marina Square. As usual, i was late again, for about an hr then we headed down to Msq to shop and eat after that. Decided to catch Dolphin tale but none of the cinemas offer the movie at midnight or night timing. Thus we went to Tiong Bahru to try our luck for Shark night but failed because i'm still 15, how sad. Anyway, we made our way down to Great world for swirl art and got stuck in the heavy rain, went back to Valerie's crib at 3ish.

I am fighting a war in my mind and i'm contemplating surrender.

Met up with Valerie and Mingjie for dinner at Chomp chomp, again. Have been going there for 3 saturdays straight! Went there earlier than usual this time round and they headed to my crib after that to chill awhile. Watched Laddaland on funshion too!

At midnight, we walked down to the nearest mac, bishan park mac for supper! Valerie and Mj then took a cab home after eating.

Gna meet Valerie again tmrw for dinner at tbp, my papers resume next week and i've not studied a single thing at all, what am i doing... I know what i'm doing right now is wrong but i'm not doing anything to change, wake up shumin, sigh. I've also been wanting a lot of stuff recently, got my eyes set on a new camera again... time to save up some ka-ching.

Met up with Valerie on Friday at Tiong Bahru Plaza for dinner at eighteenth chefs.

Walked back to Valerie's crib after dinner and settled down for some baking session and i missed the last transport again thus i stayed over at her place. Woke up in the afternoon on Saturday and prepared to go down to my place to get myself changed and headed to town after that.

Indulged myself with good food at FEP's food fair afterwhich we made a trip down to chompchomp to continue eating.

Finally get to wear my new pair of shoes out. Valerie decided to stay over at my house instead of going home and i guess we're gna spend our sunday doing nothing.

Before we realize it, it's already too late to know that all things we love almost never end in forever.

BBQ over at my school mate's condo to celebrate my classmate's birthday. Went down to Serangoon after that to meet Valerie and Mingjie for dinner/supper and they came over to my crib to stayover.

Pretty occupied recently. I've been doing nothing but time is passing really fast and it's really difficult for me to keep up with everything. Gna post up the post that was meant to be posted yesterday?

Class BBQ tmrw. Kinda ashamed to say but this is actually my first time, gathering with my class for an outing. What have i been doing all these while? I'm also quite sure that i will be wearing the same old top again, definitely need to do some shopping soon.

This post was suppose to be up last night. Went to town with Valerie yesterday for some shopping and more shopping? Very worn out now as i just came home from courts young lions and i'm waiting for my hair to be at least semi-dry before i hit the sack. Will try to update this space again tmrw!

My new transparent oxfords in nude is too beautiful and i can't keep my eyes off them. Waited for a month for this pair of babies to arrive and i'm glad that i didn't missed the mail. I've been really into shoes lately. Can't wait to wear this pair of babies out. In addition, mother tongue paper one and two was alright i guess. Goodluck to those that are taking your n level papers for the next 2 days and during the start of october, all the best!
